The Embassy of Italy in Nairobi is pleased to announce the opening of the Visa Application Centre operated by VFS Kenya Ltd. in Nairobi. The Centre’s website provides information on procedures applicable to Kenya residents who wish to apply for a short term period Visa (not exceeding 90 days) to travel to Italy and for a long term period visa (exceeding 90 days).

Visa applications are to be submitted at the VFS Visa Application Centre in Nairobi.

However Visas for Adoption, Religious and Mission (mission is optional), have to be submitted directly to the Embassy of Italy in Nairobi through an appointment scheduled by VFS Visa Application Centre (Office Suite Building, B wing, 3rd floor, next to Nimrod, opposite St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church, Parklands Road, P.O. All applications will be assessed by Embassy of Italy, located in Nairobi.


Please Note: All applicants should submit their visa application in person at the Visa Application Centre.
The VFS Centre therefore under no circumstances will accept nor receive couriered or mailed applications.
