Office Hours
Consular section (registry, passports and social services, vital records and citizenship): Sunday to Wednesday 9.00 - 12.00
Visa section: The Visa Office is open by appointment on Sunday, Monday and Wednesday. To make an appointment by telephone call Vodafone Call Center at 090070678 or, as an alternative, address to the telefax or the email of  the Consular Chancellery.  Everyday (Friday and Saturday excluded) from 1 pm. to 3 pm. the Visa Office is also available to answer and give any relevant information required.
Legalization section 
Document reception: Thursday 09.00 - 12.00; 
Document return: Thursday 12.00 - 13.30.
Declaration for degree certification: Tuesday 9.00 - 11.00 
This Consular Canchellery doesn't recognize to any external agency or person the right to help (nor free neither payed) the persons concerned with the access to its offices against the conditions established, as indicated in the above written contacts.

Consular services are furnished on an equal, impartial, efficient and transparent basis.

Consulates ensure all co-nationals protection against the violation of their fundamental rights and the limitation or privation of their personal freedom. They also ensure emergency assistance, help in locating family members, inheritance procedures initiated abroad and for the repatriation of mortal remains.
