OPENING TIMES FOR THE PUBLIC: 10.00-12.30 from Monday to Thursday. The Consular section can be reached by phone from 2.30 pm to 4.30 from Monday to Friday. For notary and navigation related services and for visas to Italy the public will be received only by appointment.
Please note that the entrance to the Consular Section is located in Itäinen Puistotie 4 C. In 2012 the Consular Section will be closed  on the following days: January 6th, April 6th, 9th and 25th, May 1st, June 2nd, November 1st, December 6th, 25th and 26th. In case of emergency, you may contact the Embassy outside the office hours dialling +358 (0) 400 418185.
