The "Book On-line" system is being adopted by the Italian Diplomatic and Consular network to better manage the visits to our Offices, allowing our customers to avoid long waits in queue.
"Book On-line" is available optionally for a first, experimental phase, and will become compulsory starting from January 1st, 2010.
