Electronic consultation of the Spelling and Pronunciation Dictionary (DOP) produced by Edizioni RAI

An important initiative is launched by the RAI consisting of the publication of the new Spelling and Pronunciation Dictionary (Edizioni RAI), available for free on the website: www.dizionario.rai.it .
The dictionary, published for the first time in 1969 and used as a training tool for journalists, reporters and radio and television speakers, contains about 100,000 words and can represent, in its electronic version, a useful tool for those who are Italian native speakers or students of Italian language.
The electronic modality guarantees, in fact, not just a quick and easy consultation of the dictionary contents, but also gives the opportunity to hear the correct pronunciation of the words it contains.
