In the morning of the 7th of February the Italian flag has been hoisted over the All Seasons Place on the Witthayu Road to mark the opening of the Embassy’s new offices in the CRC Building.

After more than 30 years we leave the premises on Nang Linchee Road to move in the heart of the modern city, in an area of the Thai Capital more central and accessible to the public. We will thus be able to receive our visitors in offices both welcoming and functional and, I trust, to provide our services in an ever more effective way.

An important addition will be the new Cultural Section, where a number of services and initiatives – a library, Italian language courses, screenings, meetings and lectures… - will soon be organized with a view to catering to a vast public.

On behalf of all the Embassy personnel and my own it is a great pleasure to wish you all a very warm “arrivederci” in our new offices.
