Through this link, which you will be referred, that is an automatic service for the purpose of reservation and the date for the purpose of entry and access to services provided by the Embassy.

Book your visit

At present appointment system will be effective only with the visa office. Noting that the visa office is the office that receives and delivers and determine the nature of all visa applications submitted by foreigners to enter the Schengen area.

For the purpose of entry into service the "Booking your appointment", the system will ask you to fill the list with data and then you will receive a personal email to confirm the success of the registration process, and then pressing the link that will appear within the email.

At this stage, it's enough to write the user name (the address and personal email address) and Password, which will be placed in the system of the "Booking your appointment." so the key element for the purpose of registration is to have an effective email.

In the absence of this key element can call the Embassy's phone number (07901113343) and request to transfer the line to the visa office, where one of the employees will assume the registration process manually.

You can book one appointment only in the day and for each appointment not more than 5 persons can attend the meeting.

Since the issuance of visa has become automatically, the duration of the visa issuance ranging from 15-20 days and after the interview with the concerned people.
